Parents and guardians of children attending Franklin school and Franklin faculty may become members of the association (FHSA art. IV § 1). The purpose of the Franklin HSA is to support the school, to establish communication and cooperation in the school community, to be an advocate and representative of the school to the public, to encourage parent and community involvement with the school, to provide social activities and cross-cultural enrichment activities, and to raise money for the benefit of the school.
Each member of the Home and School Association is entitled to a vote at the General Membership meeting (FHSA art. IV § 3).
